I believe the older Superman movies are far superior to the newer interpretations, such as "Man of Steel." The classic Superman captured the essence of the character and fit the role much better. In contrast, the new Superman feels more like a duplicate and doesn't do justice to the story and character.
The older films had a charm and depth that is missing in recent releases, with memorable villains and a strong portrayal of heroism. Overall, I find the latest Superman portrayals lacking in quality and enjoyment, failing to resonate with audiences the way the classics did.
