Years of real-life experience are packed in this amazing book with an extensive list of the most common mistakes (or "anti-patterns") faced by them when implementing Scrum in the real world. The writing style is conversational, sometimes even confessional and happens when the authors admit to mistakes they have made themselves. I can see myself doing many of these mistakes in the past and wishing I had this book 15 years ago when I started using Scrum. It is a must read for both Product Owners and Scrum Masters but, to really appreciate it, you have to have some experience to relate to the problems (and smart solutions) the author present. It is an essential book to read once cover to cover and later come back to recycle yourself periodically.
