After the Dexter ending and the dismal NEW BLOOD spin off, I didn't have high hopes. So much so that while a fan of original Dexter, I waited until ORIGINAL SIN had 9 episodes out before starting. So I was so surprised how hooked I was by the end of episode 1!! The casting is impeccable. Everyone looks like a younger version of the character. Each person's mannerisms are perfected and must've taken some time to get down. The plot twists with Harry have you realizing he's actually a terrible guy that Deb and Dex held on a pedestal. Dex carried so much guilt in Dexter, that he should never have carried. Cause it was all Harry's fault to begin with. I'm convinced Brian killed Harry. But begged to have it look like a suicide, to spare Dexter the trauma of that. Brian's vengeance for those that took his brother from him ( Harry being the onset of all their undoing) ,would be dampen if he thought it would harm Dexter. (The only thing he's clung into wanting again... his family/ brother).
