Beale Opsahl-Ong

Very dark western-based comedy that was not particularly funny and consisted of six unrelated tales. The first two tales were engaging and more upbeat, and I really enjoyed them. The next ones got progressively darker, more disturbing, with no apparent takeaways. I found the film progressively more disturbing and annoying, but I kept watching hoping that the next tale would be better. I was very disappointed and would never recommend this film to anybody unless they like artfully done, depressing films, that have no apparent meaning. While I generally hated the plot of the last four tales, I do have to mention that the overall production, acting, and cinematography were excellent. If you chose to watch this film, do yourself a favor, and stop after the first two tales.
