Big names, excitement, time travel, all the food groups!

Ok. I actually like this show. If you are expecting it to be like any of the games, modify your expectations. If you are expecting the same style and storyline as the movies, be open to change. RE has always been a fluid campaign of Clair or Leon or Chris etc, a virus, Umbrella Corp and a home base in Raccoon city. This is no different. The characters are both new and familiar. Umbrella Corp is still evil, virus is still spreading, zombies still doing zombie ish. There are call backs and references so the storyline, while unique, doesn’t feel alien nor disconnected. It’s a decent show to pass the time and deserves a chance to be judged on its on merit rather than compared to decades of video games and a blockbuster movie franchise.
