it sucks. a lot of stupid things in the movie. i'll give you examples; Venom's eyes are big yes? just like who's eyes are they similar? that's right. Spider-man. Venom came from the Spidey suit that's why his eyes are like Spidey's. There was a scene in the movie where the symbiote told Eddie "i know everything about you", and then minutes later Anne calls him and venom asks "who's that?" while venom is inside Eddie's mind. The symbiote also seem to shield Eddie and pull him out of dangers and bullets, knowing later on he has extreme super healing. Are there no camera's in Drake's lab? They have high-tech drones with guns and spaceships and stuffs so advanced, but they don't have camera's. Eddie managed to just waltz in without anyone noticing. neat. a symbiote's weaknesses are fire and sound. At the beginning of the movie, Riot comes across fire when he eats the eel in Malaysia but barely flinches when he sees the flames. And there are a LOT of scenes in the movie where there are fires and explosions, yet they're all alright. must've been sun screen? And why didn’t Eddie just text or email the images to his old boss? He ended up leaving his phone next to a note that says “do the right thing”. How was old boss supposed to know what that meant? Even if the phone didn’t have a passcode on it, the boss wouldn’t have known what he was supposed to be looking at on the phone. And man that's not even half of 'em. So dissapointed in this movie.

The reason why people loved Death Note since release until today is because of what it is right now on the manga and on the anime. Netflix just ruined it by making it NOT Death Note, it was like Death Note but the stupid uninteresting version of it. Because this is something from the anime and manga, people will expect this will also be really damn good just like in the manga and in the anime. People were very disappointed because it wasn't what everyone was expecting, people were expecting it to be the same or much more better than the manga or comics because this is Netflix, Netflix has good shows. Great shows actually. But this was a major disappointment to all anime and manga fans. The manga and anime was really great, until Netflix ruined it. There are also a lot or anime/manga that has converted into movies that sucked soo bad. But there are others that really pulled it off soo great just because it is how it should be like the Samurai X movie and the Attack On Titan movie. Those were the bests because they kept it that way, they kept the characters and story as cool as it was, and they kept it as being the best just like in the manga and anime. Netflix should've just made something else, it would've been better than this disappointment.
