DO NOT BELIEVE THESE COMMENTS/REVIEWS. I understand this is based on true events and I appreciate EVERYONES service and I am sorry you all had to go through that, I as a civilian have not and probably will never experience something like this in my life time (unless china tries to take over). But this is the WORST war movie I have ever seen in my life. I love movies about war, history, you name it. My buddies and I go see just about every war movie that comes out. Now 13 Hours set the bar pretty dang high but I’ll be a million percent honest with you, my buddies and myself give this a 1/5. Cat in the hat was better than this movie. For example, war movie right? You think you’d see some action? People getting taken out? Nope. You don’t see one good or bad guy get shot. One IED goes off and one grenade. That’s it. I swear. Whenever our guys were shooting, it was at the air or where people were but left 10 minutes ago. Random shooting, tanks came but didn’t hit nothing, lots of expense with no result. I promise this is a horrible horrible movie. Rotten tomatoes gave it like 98%??? No way. I almost asked the movie theater for a refund bc of how bad this was. Whoever said this was a good movie? Must be a liberal and hate action movies bc I would have taken my 3 year old son to see this bc it’s not even has intense as call of duty. I mean dude Fortnite has more action than this movie. Just embarrassing.
