I've been working in billing for over a year now, and I honestly don’t understand why I have to discuss problem-solving with someone who clearly has no idea what they're doing. Are they really that short on people that they have to hire someone like this?
These people work in the claims department but shows zero motivation and usually just gets annoyed instead of helping. I’m trying to fix a problem—so why the attitude? If you’re in a customer service role, isn’t it your job to explain things and actually support the customer when they don’t understand?
Please, I sincerely hope the company starts hiring people who at least have some basic common sense and manners.
