The movie isn't a 10/10 but it's not absolutely horrible like people are saying. I would give it a 7.5/10 it has it's problems yes but it's still a pretty good movie tho. It's way different then the 1994 film so if you can't get past that then you won't enjoy the movie, but if you watch it as it's own film then you'll probably enjoy it. I will say the last 30 mins of the movie was awesome. seeing Eric lose him self completely and when he looks out on stage at the theater and he sees Shelly in the crowd and he has a slight smile on his face but it quickly fades away was such a great touch because at that moment he fully realizes he's never gonna be happy because he'll never be able to be with her was kinda sad, but it was one of my favorite scenes of the movie.
