Watching the trailer you think a huge bombshell is going to go off. It never does. In a short a sweet way to explain it:
-The people who had a negative experience on the show are still bitter.
-The people with a positive experience are happy with the show.
Joelle victimizes herself to the point she is acting as if she was physically assaulted by Bob. She blames everyone else for her lack of care and dedication. She is unbearable to listen to.
Tracey had an unfortunate first day, (glad she got better) however she became so annoying that no one in the house liked her so she blamed the show on everything. And being a bad guy on reality tv you will get hate for it. Not the shows fault.
The NYPD woman…… I don’t need to say anything about her.
The doctor did the best he could and the trainers did what trainers do.
Bottom line not a bad documentary if you watched it growing up. But the catfish of “the awfulness of the show” came down to Jillian giving contestants caffeine…. Very anti climatic but interesting to watch. And for a Netflix documentary very little swear words.
