So boring , repetitive,it was so hard to read .
I don’t like the way this Book was written.
I think it’s for beginners but still it’s so repetitive, the author makes examples of situations or scenarios and goes on for too long .
He also focuses on the inner talking , and I don’t agree with his conclusions about it .
I think it is a bit inflexible.
Some parts are good and very helpful but most of the book is just boring .
