Terrible - yet I found myself unable to switch it off. Good performances throughout what I found to be a depressing view of a self centred and selfish young woman. And weird how the little sports car had different number plates each time we saw it. And how a sunny clear blue sky on Christmas Day was supposed to be 5pm - is there any daylight at all that late in the day? Call me picky but if such little details get overlooked what does it say about the reliability of the narrative?

I watched Dopesick - twice because it was so good - and already knew this terrible story. This version was not as good and I thought the soundtrack was awful (apart from the Sound of Silence by Simon and Garfunkel). However the actors were very good and particularly the man who played Glen.
