I’ve always been a big fan of Superman, but this was a big disappointment, Clark seemed more like a bratty kid. And they made his parents look like redneck hillbillies, who were not smart and inferior. The romance between Clark and Lois was superficial and lame. There were no real emotionally moving parts to the movie like in past versions. They came close at one point with some kids raising a flag, but then this whole scene fell flat on its face. Pretty big disappointment from a lifetime Superman fan. Not that great special effects either, I’d wait for it to come out on Netflix rather than waste money in the theater on this one.
