Haven't seen recent reviews re the replacement for Mark Harmon. Though we hated to see him go, whoever selected Gary Cole for his replacement did great. We enjoyed him and his personality immediately. Some of the replacements we had to get used to and have gotten used to them all but Gary Cole, it seemed like the role was always his. Good job on the entire cast
