Disgusting and had to stop after 5mn. Wanted to watch a funny movie and didn’t pay attention to the rating. Disappointed and shocked of the way and topics people laugh about.

I personally, and my children as well actually, did not like this movie. There was a lot of confusion and extrapolation in the story. Girls aren’t perfect before entering womanhood. Many start experiencing strong feelings and emotions way before. And they don’t completely change their behavior as soon as their body changes. This whole concept of ancestors quieting or numbing emotions was not the best approach though in many cultures PMS is not recognized and women are expected to show no weakness nor vulnerability.
