I love Ms Marvel so far. It’s light hearted, and something fresh. It’s something different from the rest of the theme of phase four: depression, loss, and grief. I also love how the show showcases how Kamala thinks. It shows little drawings and comic-like graphics throughout the episode. It really shows how, yes this is more of a child/teen show and directed at younger audiences, but it’s also still marvel. She’s a superhero fan, like us. She idolizes the heroes, like us. She makes fanfics and YouTube videos about them, like us. I think this show, so far, is very relatable for many people, for different reasons. Whether it’s the family issues, the social situation at school, or other things. But one reason we can all agree on is that we’re all superhero fans, just like her. The entirety of phase four so far has been so relatable for so many people, and for many different reasons. And even though Ms Marvel is a bit different than those vibes of other phase four projects, it still doesn’t stray away from the relatable storylines and characters aspect. Overall I loved episode one and can’t wait for the rest of the show!
