I am writing this because somehow I accidentally ended up on the reviews page and I see a lot of interesting comments. First off, this is a movie based on true events but is not a true reenactment of what happened. So not everything you see in the movie actually happened or went down that way. Most of you guys have never even experienced being shot at or in a warzone and have 0 idea what effects that has on the human. This movie does not portray actual gunfights in a realistic manner (only Lone Survivor has been able to do so, as best as I have seen), but what it does an amazing job at portraying is the humans that laid everything down to protect their compound. This movie isn't about realism, but honoring the secret soldiers that committed their lives to protecting others. I wonder how many of the people who wrote these reviews could do the same?
