Excellent book! Clear explanations with photos and schedules that make the process simple and easy; delicious recipes. This is my recommendation for both beginner and long time sourdough enthusiasts. We have made only 2 or 3 purchases of bread since beginning sourdough baking in the last 2 1/2 years.
