Jackson Ryder

Terrible. Don’t spend money on a ticket to see this in theaters. Had elements of what could have been a unique spin on the story and the character, but fell short to say the least. It tried very hard to be something that it simply wasn’t. The story was sporadic, uninteresting, and senseless. Joaquin was good though. It’s unfortunate to have wasted an opportunity for what could have been an incredible sequel to the fresh take on the Joker in the first movie.

This movie is outrageously bad. Lazy storytelling, poorly animated script writing with nothing compelling in any of the characters. Tried hard to be something with the idea but wasn’t put together coherently and came off as a huge miss. Also cheesy but not in a fun way. If you’re set on giving it a try, wait to stream it and don’t spend money on seeing it in the theatre. Hunter Schafer is alright though.
