Everyone is reviewing the film as the horror-comedy it seemingly portrayed in the trailers. For me, it was highly satirical regarding the roles between the high-horse, wealthy classes versus the working classes. We all have to bend the knee for our superiors in a world that's beyond our control. However, there are those of us, the unicorns, who will not stand for it - oppression will not be tolerated and we will not allow our children to suffer the same fate forced upon us.
It's entirely fitting for the charged political and social environment we find ourselves living in today.
I walked in expecting a funny horror film, I walked out critically thinking. It's definitely worth the watch in any case! (If you don't mind the gore.)
