Spoiler Alert: 🚨 Basically, they tried to undo everything the franchise IS, and stripped away the importance of Ian Malcom’s famous quote of “Life finds a way” The very beginning of the movie is like yeah so most of them died. ?!?? Wouldn’t you think of a different storyline to leave the door open for more Jurassic movies? Most franchises anymore are like butter scraped over too much bread, but we’ve just come to accept that additions keep coming, because familiarity is easy to profit from. Best scene was seeing the Titanosarus rendered but even that missed the mark. And Duncan was the strongest actor besides Dr. Henry. The raft scene infuriated me. Dude that would’ve POPPED. Also, simply too many storylines going on. The boyfriend had no character development and therefore no fondness from the crowd… and the theater was silent as the “funny moments” missed the mark. Overall disappointed.
