Would have loved to watch the show for it's story but why do we need to watch a guy being boiled alive for 5 minutes in the first episode? Showing violence is ok, if it's part of the story but there is no need to go deep into the detail and stretch it out. Seems like a lowbrow and cheap way for sick people to get their thrills. Are people so sadist to enjoy this type of gore? Honestly, it's enough to insinuate that the guy is going into the cauldron. I don't need 5 minutes of his agony and screams and details of his skin coming off. If people enjoy this (and it seems they do because most shows are like this now), there's something seriously wrong with humanity.
