As someone who absolutely loved Get Out & Us I was more excited to see Nope than almost any movie ever. Dissaponted is an understatement. This movie is all over the place. There are so many random retails that you are led to believe are important yet serve no purpose whatsoever. The plot… well what was the plot exaclty? I couldn’t tell you. I think this is an example of a director having already set the bar high and feeling like they have to make something unique and special but coming up short. Overall a confusing, nonsensical and poorly written movie.
