When I first read this book, it felt like some snob was telling me what to do with my life. I tried inculcating these habits in my daily routine just to experiment if it would really bring any significant change. Once I practised these 5 habits for a week and read the book again, it changed my entire perspective. I actually understood what the author was trying to say because I experienced those things during that week. Getting up early was actually a game changer. I felt more energetic and happy the entire week than I have ever felt. I volunteered at an NGO and that feeling of our work actually helping others and meaning something is out of the world. I read 2 non-fiction books throughout the week, and it felt like I was there, living their lives through their minds. One habit that I am yet to practise is travelling alone, but I am sure I’ll go on a solo trip within the next month. The one thing I loved the most about the book was that I could read it in one-go. The language and the content were so captivating that I couldn't do anything else before completing the book, even around the second time I read it. One thing I would really suggest to everyone is to read it and actually practise these habits and re-read the book again. Trust me, you will actually enjoy the entire experience.
