I like the show but whomever is portraying the 17 year old daughter is not good casting. She doesn't look 17 but 25 or more. Neither parent object to her prancing around nearly naked in front of men and drinking alcohol at the country club. Sheridan you missed on this one. Kinda disgusting actually.

Kind of has a Hallmark meets soap opera vibe. I liked the way it portrays the friendship of these 3 women. I object to the way these supposed Christian ladies have casual sex outside of marriage. Kind of like the writers are trying to cater to everyone.

Some of the story plots are interesting and in season one they do a decent job of depicting a high functioning autistic boy. But I didn't like the nonchalant way they depict a 16 year old having sex without talking about prevention at all. And the over simplified way they talk about homosexuality. In the following seasons the show fails to be cohesive and the story lines get more and more shallow. I would NEVER allow my teens to watch it.
