According to manusamriti (the hindu text) Caste is like what your job or skills you have if you have knowledge of dharm (religion)then u called a brahman if u are a warrior or king then u called a Kshatriya And people who work is making pots,and lower grade works they called as shudra and the vaishya the last they are like business man and trader,coz of british rule and mughal islamic ruled india 700-800 year they banned gurukuls(the schools of ancient India) gurukuls provide knowledge about how to reach and conmect god,how to fight ,how to live the life and what is right and wrong,but they got banned due to this we forget the religion and normal people without knowledge they make 2nd caste system in that lower caste is untouchable this is happpened due to lack of knowledge about religion
