I've just finished listening to the Dateline Podcast 'Hostage' about the Al Shabaab terrorist attack at the Westgate Mall in Kenya. Only once, very late in the episode is the name "Al Shabaab" used. Much later "linked to Al Qaeda'. Most of the time it's "the bad guys" or "the terrorist". How craven. Why not just say "the criminal" or "the bad guy" on the normal Dateline crime episodes? Afraid to offend somebody? Just pitiful.
