Shark Tank promoted Broomees and my experience with Broomees was as mentioned below:- Broomees is a scam, bogus, cheating company!!!!! Don't fall in their trap. They are highly unprofessional with amateur and insensitive staff who give false promises and never abide by them. Hired 24 hour help with a heavy subscription of 36,000 for a year but within 2 months the first one left and the second one put false allegations on us for beating her and making her slog from 6 in the morning till 10 in the night. How can an aged lady beat a heavy person like her!!!! To make things worse for us they break and damage the kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors. Day and night light and fan switches were on irrespective of the huge electricity bills. The whole day these helpers are on their phone lying on their beds and they accuse us of mentally and physically torturing them. The first help wanted to come back and join us but directly not through Broomees. I said a NO!!!!!The other case was of part time help who wanted 5/6 days off at a stretch every month. Paid 7,000 yearly subscription for her. That money also down the drain. Now the case is such after 6 months Broomees refuse to give me a replacement....so my 6 months subscription money ie 18,000/ has gone down the drain. Plus I paid extra 1300 to them which they refuse to give back. Their statement remains the same....our team is looking into this and will connect with you soon. They have also threatened me with legal notices. So my humble request.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't fall into their trap otherwise you will be caught in their cobweb!!!!
