I originally played it on PC, enjoyed it much more than I anticipated--from the story with its metaphors, to the remarkably engaging gameplay. After completing the main story on PC, I ended up with a copy available on PS5 for the Director's Cut, which is even better in many ways. I'd definitely recommend getting the director's cut edition and it also feels much better with a PS5 controller for haptics, sound, and overall the way the game seems to have been originally designed.
