Blue Star's service was appalling. On March 26, 2025, I was assigned to customer service for my first service. Customer support informed me that a service representative would come to your house in 48 hours, but nobody would come to my house to provide service. My experience with Blue Star service has been really negative. Because Blue Star's after-sale service was so poor and they couldn't provide timely support, I didn't suggest any of my friends buy anything from them. More than 96 hours are done.
