It's a fun game ngl, but if you just pick this up expecting to have fun offline then think again. It forces you to pay for an online sub because it locks you to two rewards a week. It gives bare bone customization just to practically sell it back to you. To be 100% clear, you don't NEED switch online to play it, but you get almost nothing in the way of customization, and it's impossible to get all the items. Absolutely scummy practice.
