MonsterQuest Season1 Episode 4, Birdzilla, AJ Huffer photographed a giant bird. Experts reviewing the film said they could not tell the bird's size, because they had no reference of known size near the birds nor did they know the distance from which the film was taken. Neither is true. The beginning of the film shows the birds in a tree. 1977 is a long time, but if the tree is still there you could use the distance between specific branches, which will not change with time, as a refernece to determine the size of the bird. Huffer knows his location from which the film was taken. It may be possible to verify the location and distance by using his camera or a similar camera and verifying the same field of view as in the film against the backgroud. I am not an expert in examining film, but it appears to me the information exists to determine the size of the bird.
