I did not expect to be so deeply moved by the film. It takes us back through the many challenges that came Jacinda Ardern’s way, each crisis arriving like a wave, one after another, that she and her team were called to manage.
What struck me most was the empathy she showed for her fellow New Zealanders and the quiet grace with which she carried herself, even under immense pressure. This film captures not just a Prime Minister, but the leader New Zealand never knew it needed and one that we will never forget.
