If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service of this MULTIMILLION DOLLAR company said that I had to wait to speak to a supervisor and they wouldn’t return my money for my trip. I understand if there’s a weather issue and all, however, the customer service of this company is worthless and if you want you flight to be delayed without a problem and if you don’t want to get your money back, fly Frontier; otherwise use an accredited airline.
