The Whale was an amazing movie that made me think about my life on a whole new perspective. If all you can take away from this movie is that it's trying to make fun of christians or that it is making fun of fat people, we have not watched the same movie. The hatred for Christians in the movie came from very realistic and honest experiences from the characters. Whether it was for disowning a brother or looking down upon you as a whole, they all had a completely valid reason to fear the church. As for the movie supposedly 'making fun of fat people' this is ridiculous simply untrue. This was an amazing movie that has made me rethink the morality of man and family.
