Writers are way out. No way would a person pending trial be put in a cell with a serial killer . Get real your viewers are not stupid Now Sam should go free her accuser can't testify, Thanks Ryan Once again the writers are not "real" ,people do not go into a burning building and ask them if they are all right before untying them

The writers need to know a little bit more about the law before the write episodes. Please let's try to have a little common sense. Great actors Sorry writers
