To people saying there was a lot of curse words, they are full of themselves. One time the word "b@st@rd" was used in reference the child being curious about the name of an orphan. They say B-hole, spoken exactly as it is written. Outside of that, there is nothing questionable with "curse" words.
My 7 and 10 year old were fine with the movie, but it was scary at a few moments. They still left having loved the movie.
The message of healing through pain and coming out with enough "good" to balance or outweigh the "bad" was a theme.
It seems too many fundamentalists would rather ignore and suppress our demons rather than work through them. We can see how this has worked for pope's and pastors who get caught doing illegal things to children over the years.
This is a very positive message, albeit in a seemingly controversial manner that it was delivered in. I enjoyed it.
