This was an amazing book. When it was first recommended to me as --- being BETTER than Stephen King's novel The Stand ---- I scoffed at the idea.
After reading it, I have to admit it is an amazing spin on the post-apocalyptic story line. Can't say it's better than The Stand, but it IS a close second.
Definitely a must read book.
