New Hero Rank system completely ruined the game. Ranked in unranked?? Most games are too hard now, especially if playing with a new player. No longer fun at all, unranked is garbage and too hard, comp is full of smurfs and toxic teammates. Since OW2 was launched its gone downhill rapidly. Put off playing completely now after countless hours... very disappointed.
