Okay so, I absolutely love this game. I'm not ashamed to say that in the least. The story is bloody insane, but it somehow works? I found it interesting and fun, stupid yet kind of strangely acting serious? As an author I loved the plotline. Although I will absolutely say, it doesn't really count as a Saints Row game. I mean, it is in no way the same- and I respect those of the SR fan base who say its trash. Because as an SR game; it is. BUT as a stand alone its awesome. It just is, fun as hell too. And I'm saying that as a person who really doesn't like sci-fi orientated games.

Waste of money. Seriously, I only played the first 30 minutes or so, and I already hated the main (my) character. Aside from their questionable personality, i really, really hate how damn eager they are to kill people, at least in other SR games its more explainable, here its just homicidal manic from the very beginning. It controls a bit strangely on console too in my opinion. I looked into the plot later on, and as an author.... well let's just say I was profoundly unimpressed. It was as if they just threw some ideas together, incoherently, and prayed it'd work without even trying to make sure it did. They could have done so much with the SR series, and they failed to such an infuratingly depressing extent.
