This is one big soap opera. I was reading along, about three-4ths of the way through, trying (though not trying that hard) to figure out what else was going to happen to Frankie(since everything else had), and I had to stop. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING that could go wrong in this woman’s life, goes wrong. Manipulative men, botched pregnancies, emotionally distant parents. The usual. Predictable and disappointing this book was.
