The show for me felt like something someone becoming an adult should watch, I know how I felt trying to figure out what an adult does, and this show is a great representation of the coming of age, not knowing how to drink, wanting to hang out with friends, finding a serious relationship. People say the show is dull (which I do see), but too me it felt more closer to the truth, not every second is going to be drama it's just young adults hanging out spending time with friends and trying to find love, I don't to out to party everyday, most of the time it's just my friends and I hanging out playing videogames or eating out. I would recommend this show to young adults, to show them that no one has the right answer especially at this age, and always look forward towards the future, laugh when you want too, cry when you want too, but never give up hope.
So I've noticed a lot of people talking about the fact that no one showed them how to drink, I would say that's pretty accurate when I first started, I wasn't with my family I was with my friends and we didn't know what we were doing, the best example I can remember is taking shots of whiskey which I know now is something that you are supposed to sip or any of the lingo like on the rock(s) (which just means with ice). And another thing people have to remember that are kids (and at that age they are emotional), age doesn't equal maturity, experience does and they don't have many.
This is the first time I have ever felt strongly about a show. If you disagree please tell me why so I can know your side, maybe on reddit my username is @BestAssociation69 (I know I was drunk) thank you.
