What an awesome competition. I don’t know how the chefs do it. Season 2 was so sad for me. Seeing Brian Voltagio reach the finals and not win was heartbreaking. I’m sorry, no offense to Chef Sawyer, rack of lamb is already an elevated dish. Elevating a chicken? That is not an easy task and Brian’s dish was amazing!
