I have used this system since grad school in the 80s! The more I use it the more productive I am in meeting my objectives and staying true to my goals. I use it for myself and have trained my therapy clients to use it to manage time better, manage school and work stress, decrease anxiety, and set long-term goals. This is more than a calendar, it is a lifestyle. I also love the extra pages in the back that I use to make note of the outcome of my daughter's medical appointments and when the next appointment will be, changes in meds, etc. Very handy as I enter my senior years! I would love a computer version of this system as most calenders do not provide a place for goals and objectives, and a notes section.
