Howard Hawks's best Western genre movie, next to Red River.(Great study for learning the Hawksian style of movie making to the likes of John Carpenter and Tarantino's craft). Watch for the Hawk's storytelling & camera , actors subtle body languages and listen to the subtext dialogue- that's what makes Hawk's movies- Hollywood masterpieces. Movie Collector's note- the blu-ray is a DVD transfer- poor, but a "must have" for the great Carpenter's commentary on movie making and insight. Angie Dickinson won her first Golden Globe Best New Actress.

Nostalgic, buddy and safari film. Enjoy it for a African adventure(how animals were captured for zoos then), and the 60's "male" culture. Not for woke PETA sensitive, overly intellectuals...this is a Howard Hawk's film. Henry Mancini music score. Movie Collector's Note: Blu-ray transfer is DVD quality- poor. No Spec. Sergio Leone's genius of the spaghetti western, his tribute to John Ford's western classics. Leone's best storytelling, use of sounds/music and camera angles, and the cast's brilliance makes this the epitome of the genre. Movie collector's note: Blu-ray transfer is fair/grainy, special feature is a must have for Sergio Leone's film bio and insight on Leone's film style and musical scores, his trademark.

The best sci-fi dark comedy on the Sy-Fy channel. Series is full of wit, humor, and dimensional "characters" that are truly enjoyable to watch. Season one has ten episodes. Alan Tudyk is fantastic playing the space alien, the rest of the cast, and special guest- Linda Hamilton takes this series as a must watch for science fiction fans.

Good political thriller filled with suspence and intelligent dialogue.
