I’m a sucker for atmospheres and slow-burns, Longlegs nailed it. Great actors even, as well as Cage, he felt unstable in a good way. However, the movie feels overinflated. I enjoyed much of the spoilers and the spectacular marketing behind it. But, I was expecting a lot more of the occult referenced in the zip files and codes. It seems like they were heading to a thriller movie but ended up scratching their script and nosedived to the supernatural setting. Overall the movie left me scratching my head if it was a thriller or a horror.
