Despicable Me 4 was a lack luster experience filled with scenes that were very irrelevant. The villain was pathetic in comparison to the villains we encountered in the previous movies. Other things to mention that made no sense: - AVL crashes reunion at a villain highschool but only arrests the cockroach guy - family has to leave everything behind such as pets and minions but is still allowed to keep 3? (1 is useless for the entire movie due to being trapped in a vending machine…somehow) - AVL decides to buff 5 minions for no reason and proceeds to show us a useless scene where the minions play superheroes. why? - safety pins can cut glass? - i guess gru doesn’t have a brother anymore, i could’ve sworn that in the previous movie Dru lived with them - Vector found a way off the moon and into jail
