The only good thing about it is the characters and animations, but everything else is hot garbage. The balancing is awful, they nerf characters that need buffs and slightly nerf and microbuff the already strong characters, there is a gap between the garbage and very strong characters, there's no character that is balanced. The matchmaking is awful, since rank mode uses your hidden mmr instead of your actual rank, so meaning you'll go againsts people who are higher rank than you meaning it'll take more of a grind to get to the rank where you're supposed to be at, and it's worse in 2v2 since you don't have the privilege to get a average teammate, your teammate would be a completely new player while the other people would be a two stack of your skill level. The grind is horrible, the free rewards are mostly gems and rarely anything else, the rift mode is unappealing, grindy and the rewards isnt even worth it, it's just gems and some missions are locked behind a paywall because you gotta use a certain skin, and guess how you get it? Pay for it or save up gems that are drip fed to you to buy one. The reason why there's a split sides is because the people who spent so much time and money on this game don't want it to go to waste so they have to actively lie to newcomers just to sound appealing, this game punishes new players hard, read the things the 5 stars reviews say and take that into account to see if it actually has to do with anything about the game or some fact you can easily look up and see that it's just lies, there's a reason why this game is losing players everyday, don't play this game, it's not bad enough that it's enjoyable yet, but soon it'll probably be there unless they shut the servers down for the 3rd time.
