Ok this is to clear up everything on the comments. I'd rather love to give a minus rating. James calling the appearance of BTS on the UN "unusual" CANNOT by all means be taken as humor. It only becomes more obvious by the fact the production team took down the video Firstly tell me has BTS just suddenly decided to appear on the UN? No. They've been actively associated with them, to spread the message of loving yourself and giving hope through their music. Calling the appearance "unusual" also disrespects them being appointed as SPECIAL PRESIDENTIAL ENVOYS. They did NOT appear as artists but as representatives of a country's and global youth. Which is a huge honor. What angered me most was James calling the fandom "15 year old girls" That was purely disrespectful and sexist. He, himself has admitted as being an ARMY(a BTS fan) He just ourightly admitted into the idiocy in society calling boy band fans just some "crazy teenage girls" The BTS fandom is one of the most diverse out there, it transcends every boundary of age, gender identity, nationality, language. Don't believe me? Do your research and then decide for yourself. Also I have seen comments saying that by rating a one star we are accepting the fact that we indeed are just "15 year olds" No. This fandom has always been protective of their artist as most of the American industry has used them for clout because of the sheer power of this fandom. So it is only right that the fandom becomes protective of them. And if this stops American shows from inviting them, much better. All we have ever received is clout, hate, xenophobia and racism. This fandom knows what people like BTS deserve and that is nothing more than proper treatment and respect. This lashing out, in my opinion is an act of protest, showing that we or BTS are not to be taken lightly, we're not some just dumb "15 year old girls". James Corden, we demand an apology. You are a disgrace to our fandom, for we trusted our boys with you but you broke it. Remove the name "papa mochi" from your Twitter bio, and never invite BTS ever again. You are not deserving of them or that title.
