I enjoy watching programs but carnt believe the end results which must make the police angry just one of many scenario's......a driver with no license on insurance with a vehicle that hasn't stopped for the police has 3of his mates with him get caught with tubes and large pumps to remove fuel from a lorry park .get caught and after they are booked in at the police station ......the court let them go with insufficient evidence.......and as shown some driver's get off with no insurance
